Karlin’s AFI Karlín is a high-end office building aiming for BREEAM Excellent certification.

When designing the building, we redrew the plans many times in order to perfect our goal in energy savings. Apart from being environmentally friendly it also means that the energy usage will be substantially lower than anywhere else.

AFI Europe, as a social responsible company, respects the enviroment and Karlin’s residents. The stunning green facade is not only beautiful but it helps to integrate the building within the surroundings.
